The NY-BEST Annual meeting and conference was held March 9 & 10, 2010 at the Hilton Garden Inn in Troy, NY.

NY-BEST Business
Two main items of business were conducted:

- Ratification of our bylaws.

Two high energy panel discussions were held on "Market Pull needs and opportunities for energy storage in medium and heavy-duty electric vehicle applications and grid storage" and "Testing and characterization capabilities, access and usage policies and fees, and best practices to leverage existing capabilities".
