TechCity Properties is the owner and manager for a 250-acre site in Kingston, NY that is home to numerous cleantech and renewable energy businesses. TechCity is comprised of 27 buildings encompassing 2.5 million square feet of high-quality space that formerly housed the research, development, assembly and testing operations for IBM mainframe computers. The TechCity Master Plan calls for the creation of a mixed-use site including cleantech and renewable energy R&D and manufacturing, extensive deployment of renewable and energy efficient technologies and green roofs. We have a strong focus on attracting companies in the cleantech sector and have a track record of delivering quality space at great prices in a great location.
