Centers will conduct research that is of interest to both the industry members and the center's faculty. Approximately $10 million is available to fund 2 to 8 centers. Eligibility is limited to institutions of higher education. Letters of intent are due Jan 2, 2011 and proposals are due Mar 6, 2011.
